Conditions of Participation – Win a Table at Oktoberfest with FRAMEN

1. Organizer
   The organizer of this promotion is FRAMEN GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "FRAMEN"). This competition is in no way affiliated with Oktoberfest, its organizers, or any third-party platforms.

2. Eligibility

   • Participation is open to companies and marketing decision-makers aged 18 and over.
   • Employees of FRAMEN, affiliated agencies, and their relatives are excluded from participation.

3. How to Participate

   • To enter the draw, participants must book a campaign with FRAMEN within the promotional period.

1. • Every campaign must first be discussed with our sales team to ensure it qualifies for the promotion. Once confirmed, it will be counted as one entry for the prize draw.

2. Promotional Period

   • The promotion runs from 14.03.2025 to 05.05.2025.
   • Only bookings made within this timeframe will be considered.

3. Prize & Winner Selection

   • The winner will receive a reserved VIP table at Oktoberfest in Munich for up to 6 people, including food and drinks as specified by FRAMEN.
   • The winner will be selected at random and notified via email or phone by 07.05.2025.
   • If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner will be drawn.

4. Exclusions & Liability

   • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
   • Travel and accommodation costs are not included in the prize.
   • FRAMEN is not liable for any cancellations or changes to the event by the Oktoberfest organizers.

5. Data Protection

   • Participant data will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties.

6. Final Provisions

   • By participating, entrants agree to these terms and conditions.
   • FRAMEN reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
